Leakage? Urgency? Frequency? Waking up multiple times in the night to empty your bladder? Bladder issues are common—but they’re not something you have to just “live with.” Whether you’re experiencing urgency, leakage, frequent trips to the bathroom, or feeling like you can’t fully empty, pelvic floor physical therapy can help you understand why it’s happening and restore calm, coordinated control.
At Oasis, we look beyond the bladder itself—exploring how your breath, core, posture, and nervous system all influence bladder function. Through gentle, evidence-based techniques, we retrain the pelvic floor to relax and engage at the right times, support the bladder’s natural rhythm, and reduce those signals of “urgency” that can feel so disruptive.
You’ll learn how to reconnect with your body, build strength and confidence, and bring ease back to one of the most essential rhythms of daily life. We provide individualized strategies to regain bladder control & restore confidence so that your bladder is no longer the boss. Healing begins when you feel safe, supported, and empowered to trust your body again🌿

Your core is more than just your abs—it’s the center of how you breathe, move, and feel supported from within. When the abdominal wall becomes weakened or separated (as in diastasis recti) or after abdominal or pelvic surgery, it can affect posture, breathing, digestion, and even pelvic floor function.
At Oasis, we take a whole-body approach to rebuilding strength and balance from the inside out. Through gentle, evidence-based techniques, we restore coordination between your breath, deep core, and pelvic floor—helping reduce pressure, improve stability, and support tissue healing.

Low back pain? Hip or pelvic girdle pain? Not sure how to safely move or exercise through each trimester? Let us help guide you to feel your best during this transformational period.
At Oasis, we support you in staying active, comfortable, and connected to your body as it changes. Through one-on-one, evidence-based pelvic floor physical therapy, we address the root causes of pain, tension, or instability and teach strategies for breath, posture, and movement that align with your body’s natural rhythms.

Preparing for birth is about more than strength—it’s about connection, awareness, and confidence in how your body works. At Oasis Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, labor prep sessions help you understand how to use your breath, pelvic floor, and whole-body movement to support a smoother, more mindful birthing experience.
We will begin with a comprehensive review of the biopsychosocial factors that may impact your pregnancy and delivery. Together, we’ll assess how your breath, posture, core, hips, and pelvic floor (*internal exam upon consent) are working together to support labor. We’ll also discuss lifestyle and movement habits that may influence your birthing experience and create an individualized home program to improve coordination, mobility, and relaxation.
Over the course of your visits, you’ll gain clarity on how to safely mobilize, relax, and coordinate your core and pelvic floor for labor and delivery. We’ll explore and practice birth positions based on your unique body and mobility, and you’ll learn breathing and pushing strategies designed to reduce strain on the pelvic floor while promoting efficient progress during labor.
Sessions may also include:
• Perineal massage instruction and soft tissue mobilization
• Nervous system regulation tools to support a calm and confident labor
• Guidance on preparing for a planned Cesarean birth, if applicableAt Oasis, each session is one-on-one and tailored to your specific needs—free from insurance constraints or rushed appointments. You’ll leave feeling informed, grounded, and more connected to your body as you prepare for one of life’s most transformative experiences.

Whether you’ve had a vaginal or Cesarean delivery, we’ll take time to understand your unique experience and how your body is healing. Together, we’ll assess breath, posture, core, hips, and pelvic floor function (*internal exam upon consent) to identify tension, weakness, or compensation patterns that may be limiting your recovery.
Our sessions may include scar tissue mobilization, guidance for rebuilding strength and coordination, and strategies to improve bladder, bowel, or sexual function. Low back, hip, or pelvic pain can be deeply connected to how your core and pelvic floor function. When one part of the system is out of balance, the rest of the body often compensates—leading to discomfort, tension, or instability that can affect everything from posture to daily movement.
At Oasis, we look beyond symptoms to understand the relationships between your spine, hips, breath, and pelvic floor. Through individualized pelvic floor physical therapy, we identify the underlying mobility, strength, and coordination patterns contributing to your pain and help you move with greater ease and confidence.
Treatment may include manual therapy, movement retraining, and tailored strengthening to restore optimal alignment and balance throughout your body. We also integrate breathwork and nervous-system regulation strategies to support long-term healing and resilience
-
Scar tissue—whether from a C-section, abdominal, or pelvic surgery—can create tightness, pulling, or discomfort that affects how your core and pelvic floor work together. Even small adhesions beneath the surface can limit mobility, alter muscle coordination, or contribute to pain, bloating, or tension.
At Oasis, we take a gentle, integrative approach to restoring movement and connection after surgery or injury. Through specialized manual therapy, myofascial release, and guided movement retraining, we help soften restrictions, improve circulation, and reestablish harmony between your breath, core, and pelvic floor

Your pelvic floor is part of your core system—and whether you’re lifting, running, climbing, or practicing Pilates, it plays a vital role in strength, stability, and performance. When this system is out of balance, you might experience symptoms like leaking with exertion, hip or back pain, or difficulty generating power and control.
At Oasis, we specialize in helping active individuals reconnect with their deep core and pelvic floor to move with confidence and efficiency. Through individualized assessment, we’ll look at how your breath, posture, and movement patterns support—or strain—your athletic goals. From there, we’ll build a personalized program to optimize strength, endurance, and coordination while reducing pain and risk of injury.
Treatment may include manual therapy, functional strength training, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation strategies to enhance recovery and resilience.
As a cash-based practice, your care is completely tailored to you—not restricted by insurance requirements or visit limits. Each session provides space to refine how your body moves, rebuild balance from the inside out, and support the active lifestyle you love with greater strength, awareness, and ease.
