Here’s what to expect at your first visit at Oasis Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Your first visit is more than a quick assessment — it’s a dedicated 90-minute session designed to help you feel heard, supported, and clear on your next steps.

We’ll talk through your symptoms, goals, health history, lifestyle factors, and movement habits, then complete a whole-body assessment to better understand what your body needs. A pelvic floor exam may be recommended when appropriate, but it is always optional and always with your consent.
