Dr Lina Kozupa, Pt, DPt, PCES
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore pelvic health through compassionate, evidence-based care. My approach blends deep clinical expertise with a whole-person focus—addressing not just the symptoms but the root causes contributing to bladder, bowel, sexual, and core dysfunction.
With an undergraduate degree in neuroscience as well as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I bring a unique perspective to pelvic health, integrating an understanding of the brain, nervous system, and body to support lasting change. I work with women ages 18 and older—through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond—as well as those looking to optimize athletic performance. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your healing journey.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me rock climbing throughout Arizona with my husband, tending to my plants, or experimenting with new paleo recipes in the kitchen.
